M/MARITIME proudly supports the exhibition “Maru, Greeks in the Shipyards of Japan, 70 years of maritime innovation” aiming to present the distinctive relationship and longstanding cooperation between the Greek owners and the Japanese shipbuilding industry, as recorded in the pages of the Naftika Chronika magazine.

We continue to show respect to the Japanese shipbuilding industry, and the Greek maritime history and tradition as well as enhance our Country’s strong ties with Japan.

The Maru exhibition presents models of ships, authentic business gifts and tokens of friendship and appreciation, contributed by Greek shipowners to the organizers, to visualizes aspects of this 70 years of continuous cooperation between the maritime nations of Greece and Japan.

The exhibition takes place from the 15 to 21 December 2022 at Amalias 36 in Athens.

The 96th Convention and Conference of the International Propeller Club of the United States is a three day event taking place in Athens from the 20 to the 22 September 2022, dedicated to news and developments, opportunities, challenges and concerns related to the future of global shipping.

Greece has been chosen as the host country for this year’s International Convention of the International Propeller Club of the United States, positioning our country at the epicenter of world shipping, as it truly deserves. It will be a convention of national and global importance, undertaken in the spirit of progress and cooperation.

The Founder of M/MARITIME, Mr. John G. Mytilineos, was presented with the Members’ Award of Excellence of The International Propeller Club of the United States, International Port of Piraeus in recognition of his outstanding achievements and significant contribution to Greek industrial, engineering, energy, and maritime sectors.

The International Propeller Club of Piraeus honoured Mr. Mytilineos during a distinct Members’ Day Meeting that took place on the 14 July 2022 at the Acropolis Museum in Athens.

It was an exceptional moment, reflecting on the lifetime achievements of Mr. John Mytilineos, including but not limited to the establishment, and fast but solid growth of M/MARITIME, though dedicated work, and commitment. M/MARITIME proudly sponsors Sea Japan International Conference 2022 on the 21st of April 2022, organized by Kaiji Press as part of the Sea Japan International Exhibition and Conference taking place in Tokyo, Japan. Although the event has a domestic appeal, it is a great honour for M/MARITIME to support for the second time the Sea Japan International Conference 2022, always showing respect to the principles of quality and accuracy, shared with the Japanese shipbuilding industry, as well as the Greek maritime history and tradition. We continue to enhance our strong ties with Japan.

This year’s theme is dual: Towards the Era of Digital and Zero.
