M/MARITIME ANNOUNCES THE PURCHASE OF A 63,405 DWT ULTRAMAX BULK CARRIER FROM JAPAN

M/MARITIME is pleased to announce the signing with Japanese sellers of an MoA for the purchase of a 63,405 dwt Ultramax bulk carrier built in 2017 by Imabari Shipbuilding at Tadotsu Shipyard in Japan. The vessel is expected to be delivered to the management of M/MARITIME by the end of March 2024.

Following this acquisition, the fleet under M/MARITIME’s management will rise to a total number of 18 dry-bulk Japanese vessels with an average age of 6.4 years, including one Japanese Handysize vessel under the Company’s commercial management.
