M/MARITIME RECEIVES THE LLOYD’S LIST GREEK SHIPPING AWARD FOR DRY CARGO COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2019

M/MARITIME is proud to announce that the Company has received the Dry Cargo Company of the Year Award for 2019 at the 16th Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Awards that took place on the 6th December 2019 in Athens, Greece.

M/MARITIME is honoured to have received such an award from Lloyd’s List, the leading and reputable international maritime information provider that was established as a newspaper in 1734.

Only three years after its establishment, the Company has managed to create an amazing team of 38 young and ambitious people (less than 38 years of age on average), build a young fleet of fifteen first class Japanese vessels (less than two years of average age) and has already transported about 6.5 million tons of dry bulk cargo with an unblemished operating record.

M/MARITIME has also succeeded in developing long-term relationships of trust with partners, clients and stakeholders across the world and especially in Japan, being a true supporter of ties between Greece and Japan through the Company’s involvement in a number of projects including sponsoring of the International Olympic Academy ahead of the 2020 Olympic Games and Paralympics in Tokyo.
